These Bonus Terms govern all promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, vouchers, and rewards offered by Rolxio on rolxio.com.

By opting in to any promotion or by using bonus funds, you agree to these Bonus Terms in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY AND OPT-IN

Promotions may require an explicit opt-in, a bonus code, or a qualifying action. Eligibility can vary by region, currency, payment method, and account status.

Each person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is limited to one promotional participation unless stated otherwise.

BONUS BALANCE, REAL BALANCE, AND ORDER OF PLAY

Unless otherwise specified, wagers are placed from Real Money first and from Bonus Money second. Bonus Money is non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.

If a promotion is “sticky”, the bonus amount is removed from your balance upon withdrawal; if “non-sticky”, Real Money is used first and the bonus is forfeited only when you withdraw before completing wagering.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS (ROLLOVER)

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 35x bonus (e.g., 35x bonus). Wagering must be completed within 14 days from crediting.

Bets contributing to wagering are converted to an internal USD equivalent for calculation purposes across supported currencies and crypto assets.

If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the remaining Bonus Money and any winnings from it may be removed.

GAME CONTRIBUTION PERCENTAGES

Different games contribute differently toward wagering. Unless stated in a specific offer:

• Slots (non-jackpot): 100% contribution.
• Crash/Dice/Instant games: 50% contribution.
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) & Live Casino: 10% contribution.
• Jackpot slots and progressive jackpots: 0% contribution (often 0%).

MAXIMUM BET WHILE WAGERING

While an active bonus is being wagered, you must not place bets higher than USD 5 per spin/round or equivalent. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

DEPOSIT BONUSES

Deposit bonuses may require a minimum deposit of USD 20 and may award up to 100%% of the deposit amount, capped at USD 500.

The bonus is credited once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Some payment methods may be excluded or ineligible.

RELOADS, CASHBACK, AND RAKEBACK

Reloads and periodic bonuses may be subject to their own wagering, max bet, and expiry rules. Cashback may be credited as Bonus Money or Real Money, as stated in the specific offer.

If credited as Bonus Money, cashback and rakeback are subject to 10x wagering and other applicable limits unless otherwise stated.

FREE SPINS / FREE ROUNDS

Free Spins may be credited as 50 per day for 2 days on Selected Slot, valued at USD 0.10 per spin unless otherwise specified.

Winnings from Free Spins are credited as Bonus Money and subject to wagering of 20x and any applicable max cashout rules.

NO-DEPOSIT BONUSES AND MAX CASHOUT

No-deposit bonuses (including sign-up grants and gifts) may have a maximum withdrawable amount of USD 100 after completing wagering. Any excess may be removed at payout.

Multiple redemption of no-deposit offers by the same person, household, or device is prohibited.

BONUS ABUSE AND IRREGULAR PLAY

The following conduct is prohibited and may lead to bonus removal, confiscation of associated winnings, and account action:

• Placing minimal-risk or zero-risk bets to artificially complete wagering.
• Hedging bets or collusion (alone or with others) to guarantee outcomes.
• Deliberately delaying feature triggers or using game mechanics to transfer value between balances.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or exploiting glitches/bugs.
• Multiple accounts or using shared devices/payment methods to circumvent limits.

EXCLUDED CONTENT AND JACKPOTS

Unless explicitly allowed, Bonus Money may not be used on progressive jackpots or restricted titles. Wagers placed in breach of these rules may be void and exclude winnings.

COUNTRY AND PAYMENT METHOD RESTRICTIONS

Some promotions are not available in certain jurisdictions or when using specific payment methods. If a method is excluded, deposits made with it may not qualify for bonuses.

CANCELLATION AND OPT-OUT

You may cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, remaining Bonus Money and uncompleted wagering progress are forfeited.

We may cancel a bonus for risk, compliance, or technical reasons, or if these Bonus Terms are breached.

DISCONNECTIONS, ERRORS, AND MALFUNCTIONS

In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or disruption that affects bonus calculations or game outcomes, affected bets may be voided and balances restored to the pre-error state where reasonably possible.

VERIFICATION AND WITHDRAWALS

This Policy outlines our risk-based approach, controls, and obligations. It applies to all users, employees, contractors, and partners interacting with our services.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

We respect sanctions administered by UN, US OFAC, EU, UK HMT (as applicable) and screen against lists such as OFAC SDN, EU/UK consolidated lists, UN lists, other applicable lists.

RISK-BASED APPROACH (RBA)

We identify and assess AML/CTF risks across products, delivery channels, geographies, and customer types.

Controls are proportionate to the assessed risk and reviewed periodically, at least on an annual basis or upon material changes.

CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE (CDD/KYC)

KYC is performed before enabling higher-risk features such as deposits, betting, or withdrawals above defined thresholds.

We collect and verify identity data (e.g., full name, date of birth, country, address) and may request documentary evidence and liveness checks.

CRYPTOCURRENCY CONTROLS

For blockchain transactions, we use analytics to assess wallet risk, trace flows, and detect typologies (e.g., mixing/tumblers, darknet services, sanctions exposure).

We may block, hold, or reject deposits/withdrawals linked to elevated risk or non-compliant sources/destinations.

TRAVEL RULE (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Where required, we implement value transfer rules for virtual assets (the “Travel Rule”) and exchange required originator/beneficiary information for transfers at or above $1,000 (or local equivalent).

Transfers lacking required information or failing counterparty checks may be delayed, rejected, or returned.

TRANSACTION MONITORING

Where required by law, Suspicious Transaction/Activity Reports will be filed with the competent authority. Users are prohibited from “tipping off” any person about such filings.

LIMITS, HOLDS, AND FREEZES

We may impose limits, delays, or freezes on accounts or transactions to complete reviews, comply with legal requests, or mitigate risk.

Funds associated with violations or illegal activity may be blocked, seized, or forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

RECORDKEEPING

We retain KYC records, transaction data, risk assessments, and reports for at least 5 years or longer if required by law.

TRAINING AND AWARENESS

Rolxio works with independent third-party providers and aggregators to supply games, jackpots, payments, identity verification, risk controls, hosting, analytics, and customer tooling on rolxio.com.

These rules govern how provider-powered features operate and how conflicts or incidents are handled. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and AML/CTF Policy.

DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

“Game Providers” deliver RNG/skill games and related content. “Aggregators” distribute content from multiple studios. “Operational Providers” assist with payments, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, hosting/CDN, monitoring, and support.

Provider systems may maintain authoritative logs for game rounds, jackpots, payments, and security events. In case of discrepancy, the provider’s server record usually prevails after investigation.

GAME PROVIDERS AND AGGREGATORS

Games are operated on provider infrastructure, sometimes outside your your location. Availability can change due to licensing, compliance, or technical reasons.

SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL OF PROVIDERS

Rolxio provides pre-match and in-play sports betting on rolxio.com/esportes. These Rules govern how bets are accepted, settled, and, where necessary, voided.

BET ACCEPTANCE

A bet is accepted when our system issues a confirmation (bet ID). Pending or “processing” status is not acceptance.

ODDS, FORMAT, AND SETTLEMENT SOURCES

BET TYPES

• Moneyline/Match Winner: pick the winner of the event.
• Spread/Handicap (incl. Asian Handicap): win subject to the applied handicap.
• Totals (Over/Under): decide whether the total is over or under the line.
• Draw No Bet/Double Chance: as described in market name.
• Parlays/Accumulators: multiple selections; all legs must win unless stated.
• System/Combinations (e.g., Yankee, Trixie): settled per combination rules.
• Teasers/Alternate Lines: adjusted spreads/totals per market terms.
• Props (Player/Team): stats-based outcomes per official data.

CASH OUT

Cash Out may be offered on selected markets and times. Availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any moment.

If a Cash Out is successfully confirmed, the bet is settled immediately at the displayed amount; subsequent changes to the underlying event do not affect that settlement.

LATENCY, SUSPENSION, AND IN-PLAY DELAYS

Live data and broadcast delays mean in-play betting is subject to a delay of approximately 5 seconds. Bets may be suspended during key incidents (e.g., goals, penalties, injuries).

We may void bets clearly placed after the outcome of an incident is known to the customer due to latency advantages.

POSTPONEMENTS, ABANDONMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

If an event does not start as scheduled, bets remain valid if it starts within 48 hours; otherwise, affected pre-match bets are void unless the market states otherwise.

If an event starts but is abandoned, bets stand if an official result is declared or if the market outcome is already unconditionally determined; otherwise, bets are void.

VENUE, SURFACE, AND HOME/AWAY CHANGES

Neutral venue changes: bets stand unless specified. Home/away reversal may void moneyline markets; spread/total bets generally stand.

Surface or location changes in sports like tennis may result in voids only if the provider or official rules deem the change material.

PALPABLE/OBVIOUS ERRORS

If a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are obviously incorrect (palpable error), we may void the bet or settle at the correct market odds.

Examples include inverted prices, missing minus sign on handicap, or totals off by a large margin due to feed failure.

MAXIMUM PAYOUTS AND LIMITS

We may impose maximum stake and payout limits per bet, market, sport, and customer. Unless stated, the maximum payout per bet is USD 50,000 and the maximum total payout per customer per day is USD 100,000.

Parlays/Accumulators may be limited by the lowest applicable limit among included sports/markets and by a maximum number of legs (20).

DUPLICATE AND RELATED CONTINGENCIES

Duplicate bets may be combined and limited at our discretion.

Related contingencies (e.g., same event outcomes that are not priced as a builder) may be voided or adjusted to reflect correct pricing.

DATA PROVIDERS AND DISPUTES

We rely on third-party data feeds for scores, timings, and statistics. Temporary discrepancies may occur.

Moneyline, spread, and totals include overtime unless the market states “Excluding OT”. Quarter/Half markets apply to the named period only.

• Abandonment: if the game is not completed, bets void unless an official result is declared.
• Minimum time for action may apply (e.g., NBA 43 minutes, others 35), unless an official result is posted.

TENNIS SPECIFIC RULES

If a player retires or is disqualified: Match Winner bets void unless the first set is completed, in which case settlement is on the player who advances; other markets void unless unconditionally determined.

• Walkovers before the first ball: all bets void.
• Venue/surface change: bets stand unless the tour rules declare otherwise.
• Tie-breaks, super tie-breaks, and match tie-breaks count for relevant markets when played.

BASEBALL SPECIFIC RULES

Moneyline becomes official after 5 innings (4.5 if the home team leads), unless an official result is declared earlier.

• Run Line/Totals require 9 innings (8.5 if home leads) unless an official result is declared.
• Starting pitchers: unless a market specifies “Listed Pitchers”, all bets are “Action”. Pitching changes do not void “Action” bets.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL SPECIFIC RULES

Moneyline, spread, and totals include overtime unless specified otherwise.

• Player props include overtime unless specified.
• If the game is not completed, bets void unless an official result is declared.

ICE HOCKEY SPECIFIC RULES

Moneyline (2-way) includes overtime and shootout; a shootout counts as one goal for the winner. “60-minute” markets exclude OT.

• If the game is abandoned, bets void unless an official result is declared.

MMA/BOXING SPECIFIC RULES

Settlement is based on the official decision (KO/TKO, submission, points, technical decision).

• 2-way markets: a draw or no contest = void unless a draw option is offered.
• Round and method markets settle on the official stoppage/decision time and method.

ESPORTS SPECIFIC RULES

Bets settle based on the official match organizer’s result for the scheduled format (e.g., Bo1/Bo3/Bo5).

• Roster or map order changes: bets stand unless format changes materially.
• Forfeits: bets on the match winner settle on the team awarded the win; markets not determined are void.

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Rolxio affiliate program for rolxio.com.

By applying, being approved, or using tracking links, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and AML/CTF Policy.

ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements.
• Provide accurate information and complete any required KYC/tax documentation. We may approve, decline, or revoke participation at our discretion.
• Participation is not permitted for sites or channels promoting illegal content, hate, violence, or targeting minors.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws in your location and in the locations you target.

ACCOUNT, LINKS & TRACKING

Tracking generally uses last-click attribution within a 30-day cookie window. Cross-device tracking may be limited.

NEGATIVE CARRYOVER

Unless otherwise stated, the program policy is: No negative carryover (jackpots/fraud may carry). Jackpot wins, chargebacks, or obvious fraud may carry over at our discretion.

PAYMENTS

Commissions are calculated on Net-15 basis and paid on or around the 15th via USDT (TRC20), BTC, Bank, subject to a minimum payout of USD 100.

TERM, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your participation for breach, risk, or inactivity. You may terminate with 7 days’ notice.

Upon termination, tracking links must be removed. Valid accrued commissions may be paid subject to compliance and these Terms.

CONFIDENTIALITY & IP

Creatives, rates, and platform materials are confidential. All trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
